Huobi OTC Will Undergo System Upgrade from 00:00 to 08:00 on July 16 (GMT+8)

Dear users,

Huobi OTC will perform a scheduled system upgrade from 00:00 to 08:00 on July 16, 2020 (GMT+8) for approximately 8 hours (Account balances will not be impacted). During the upgrade, the following system modules & features will be impacted:

Scope of Impact

Window	From 00:00 to 08:00 on July 16, 2020 (GMT+8) (approx. 8 hours)
Functions affected	(1) All functions on Huobi OTC (Quick Buy/ Sell, Advanced Fiat Verification, Fiat Trading, Creating Ads, Huobi Lite, etc.).  (2) Asset transfers between Fiat account and Exchange account.
Modules affected	Huobi OTC (WEB, APP, API and PC Client)

Before the system upgrade, please be noted that:

1. In case of major fluctuations in the market, we will postpone the upgrade time and issue a notice according to the actual situation.

2. Please complete the fiat trading orders in advance, and transfer the assets you need to use from Fiat accounts to Exchange accounts or Futures accounts in time.

During the system upgrade, please be noted that:

1. Transfers between Fiat accounts and Exchange accounts will be unavailable to all users. Spot trading and Futures trading will not be affected (transfers between Exchange accounts and Futures accounts are unaffected).

2. Please take necessary precautionary risk control measures by depositing, canceling orders in advance, temporarily increasing Margin balances, repaying loans or closing positions in advance.
