2. How can I change my fund password?
Go to the “Account & Security” to change it directly or simply click https://www.huobi.pro/zh-cn/user_center/uc_info/ . After account information is changed, you are not allowed to withdraw in the next 24 hours on all the platforms that your account logs in.
3. What if I do not receive the withdrawal from Huobi.pro?
You can check the withdrawal status in “Withdraw” page. If it shows that the submission is not processed yet, please wait for the processing. If the withdrawal is tranferred out, you will be able to see the hash value. Using the hash value, you can check the confirmation times of block in the block network. You can also check the arrival status with the recipient.
4. I am receiving verification codes of email, SMS and GA all the time, where can I turn off the verification?

5. How can I check the details of my orders?
You can check the details from Order History. Details include active orders and executed orders. You can choose to cancel active orders.
6. How can I switch between Normal mode and Night mode?
Clicking on the sign shown below can change the mode.
7. How to unlink ID verification / Google Authentication?
Please provide your UID, phone number/email, and a photo of you holding your ID card/passport in your hand. Send these to email@example.com and ask to unlink ID verification or Google Authentication code and we will contact you in the next 24 hours.
