Announcement on the Provision of User Privilege Services

Dear users,

Huobi Global is now providing our new and existing users with privilege services, which include two individual privileges and three privilege packages.

Individual Privilege
Withdrawal limit: The withdraw limit will be 1.5 times of the original limit for 18,000 HT locked; the withdraw limit will be 2 times of the original limit for 24,000 HT locked; and the withdraw limit will be 2.5 times of the original limit for 30,000 HT locked.

Loan limit: Lock 18,000 HT, and loan up to 750,000 USDT or 100 BTC; lock 24,000 HT, and loan up to 1 million USDT or 125 BTC; lock 30,000 HT, and loan up to 1.25 million USDT or 150 BTC.

Privilege Packages

Primary privileges: The withdraw limit will be 1.5 times of the original limit for 30,000 HT locked; the loan limit rises up to 750,000 USDT or 100 BTC; buy VIP1-VIP3 for a month and get one month for free.

Secondary privileges: The withdraw limit will be 2 times of the original limit for 40,000 HT locked; the loan limit rises up to 1 million USDT or 125 BTC; buy VIP1-VIP4 for a month and get one month for free.

Tertiary privileges: The withdraw limit will be 2.5 times of the original limit for 50,000 HT locked; the loan limit rises up to 1.25 million USDT or 150 BTC; buy VIP1-VIP5 for a month and get one month for free.

Note: The withdraw limit privilege above is available for BTC, ETH, USDT, BCH and EOS. The free VIP levels are the same as the purchased levels, with an upper limit of 3 months.

2. Through locking HT, users can exchange for the corresponding privileges. After the applications of enabling and upgrading are approved, and the required amount of HT is locked, you can successfully enable privileges. Only 30 days from the date of enabling and upgrading, can you apply for closure.
3. After the application, we will reply your review results of enabling, upgrading, and closing in 72 hours. If your applications of enabling and upgrading are successful, you will be required to lock the corresponding amount of HT. If your applications are rejected, your locked HT will be returned within 72 hours.
4. There are more than one level of privileges, and after the privileges are enabled, you can upgrade your privileges. At this time, you only need to lock more HT, which is required by the upper level to complete the upgrade. At present, the privilege degradation is not supported.
5. After 30 days of normal locking, the HT you locked will be unlocked and returned to the account within 72 hours after the privilege closing application is approved, but the HT which are used to purchased vip during the privileged peroid will not be returned.
6. Huobi platform has the right to close your privilege directly and unlock the corresponding HTs that you have locked.
