We understand that from time to time, you may be required to reset your 2FA (eg. lost/new phone). To reset your 2FA please email support@huobigroup.com and provide us with the following information:
- A high-resolution colour selfie photo with you holding a handwritten note that states “Huobi” and “today’s date” with your Passport/ID (Please do not send separate photos for each item)
- Note: Make sure your face is clearly visible and that all ID details are clearly readable
