Problem Description: Users cannot log into their accounts with website jumping back and forth or the status remains “Not Log In”.
- For Safari user:
If you cannot log into your account with Safari on your Mac, please follow the steps to solve the problem:
Open Safari → Prefernces → Privacy → remove the tick-off of “Prevent cross-site tracking” → close and open again Safari/refresh.
- For Google Chrome user:
If you cannot log into your account with Google Chrome, please follow the steps to solve the problem:
