Huobi Global will launch our Special Prime Trading Project: Bitcoin on May 22, 2019 (GMT+8), detailed rules are as follows:

BTC Trading Rules:
Token Name: Bitcoin (BTC)
Total Token Supply: 21,000,000 BTC
Prime Allocation: 1,500,000 USDT worth of BTC
Price Limit: Average price of HT/BTC trading pair between May 22, 2019, 16:45:00 to May 22, 2019, 17:45:00
1st Round: 50% discount off average prices
2nd Round: 12% discount off average prices
Trading Session Start: May 22, 2019, 18:00:00 (GMT+8)
Price Limit Round: May 22, 2019, 18:00:00 to May 22, 2019, 18:19:59

Special Prime Rules：
1. Huobi Global will be the initial token seller. BTC/ HT trading pair will be set up in HT Market to facilitate relevant transactions; after that, the trading will be closed.
2. Trading Rules:
There will be two tiered price limit rounds, each round with 10 minutes, up to 20 minutes in total. Each round will have a price range (the highest tradable price), and users are able to trade within such predefined range;
The first round will still be completed on a first come first serve basis through market orders;
The second round will be completed through system matching;
(1) All orders at the highest buy price will be filled partially;
(2) Amount filled is positively correlated to the size of the order;
(3) Order amount expected to be filled:

3. Schedule and Allocation：
Price Limit Rounds: May 22, 2019 18:00:00 to May 22, 2019 18:19:59, divided into two rounds, each round will last 10 minutes, with first 5 minutes for trading and latter 5 minutes for clearance;
First Price Limit Round: 18:00:00—18:09:59, 20% Prime Allocation;
Second Price Limit Round: 18:10:00—18:19:59, 80% Prime Allocation;
4. Eligibility & Individual Cap: Users are eligible to participate as long as one of the following thresholds is met:
(1) Users that meet with lowest daily HT holding requirements over 7 days (May 15, 00:00:00 to May 21, 23:59:59) before launch elaborated in our Third Prime Trading rules will enjoy correspondent trading caps according to the trenches they are in;
(2) Users with a 20000 USDT worth daily average holding of BTC and/or USDT and/or NEW and/or TOP and/or TT (daily random snapshot, asset prices are based on spot prices at that moment) during 7 days period before launch (May 15, 00:00:00 to May 21, 23:59:59) will also be entitled with 2000 USDT trading cap;

Further Notice:
1. API orders are forbidden during “Price Limit” rounds;
2. Prime Trading is available through Web, PC client and App;
3. All partially filled orders during second round will be cleared automatically;

5. If found cheating, Huobi reserves the right to cancel relevant parties’ eligibility;
