Huobi Global will remove the loan interest rate querying endpoint for cross-margin loan

Since the effective day of this notification, Huobi Global will remove the loan interest rate querying endpoint for cross-margin –
GET /v1/cross-margin/interest-rate

API user could refer to the loan interest rate and quota querying endpoint for the same information –
GET /v1/cross-margin/loan-info
