If you are a Huobi Global user and you want to cancel ID verification of your exchange account, please send “your UID, phone number/email, the photo of you holding your ID card/passport” to firstname.lastname@example.org and apply for ID unbinding. Our staff will contact you within 24 hours.
For security reasons, Huobi OTC users are not allowed to cancel ID verification or unbind the ID.
If you have two accounts in Huobi OTC, and account A has passed ID verification but has no balances while account B has not passed ID verification but has balances:
We recommend you using account A because verified users can not cancel ID verification (or unbind the ID).
As for the balances of account B, you can transfer them to account A by “transferring them to Huobi Global Exchange Account -> withdraw to the wallet -> deposit from the wallet to account A”.
