3. Rules Introduction

For a detailed introduction to the rules of this event, please refer to “Rule Introduction of Huobi FastTrack (Phase 11)”.

During the "Deposit to Vote" stage, the effective deposit time is subject to the confirmed arrival time. We recommend you complete all deposit operations before 11:30:00 on July 29.

During the "Use HT to Vote" stage, the scope of snapshots of HT holdings includes:

Exchange accounts, Margin accounts (Excluding the loaned part), Fiat accounts, Pool staking, Futures accounts. (The HT holdings of all sub-accounts are included in the corresponding parent account.)

Voting method	Deposit refers to the vote (subject to the confirmed arrival time). The accumulated effective deposit amount is converted into HT, and 1HT is recorded as 1 vote. 4. Note

(1) If the HT Voting day (July 29) the prices of tokens drop comparing to when it was announced on July 27, we will issue a new announcement and appropriately increase the total numbers of tokens to be given out to maintain the total value of project token rewards at approximately 500,000 USDT.

(2) After the phase “Deposit to Vote" is over, the system will settle the number of votes for 2-3 hours. Please refer to the event page for the final voting data.

(3) All times mentioned in this announcement are Singapore time (GMT+8).

(4) In case of cheating, Huobi Global reserves the right to cancel its reward qualification for the project or the project’s qualification to participate in FastTrack voting.

(5) Huobi FastTrack is limited to users in areas where digital asset trading are compliant (subject to the nationalities supported by the current official website for registration). During the two phases of FastTrack, HT Voting periods, if there is a nationality change and the nationality before the change is no longer supported for registration, the user will not be able to obtain the current voting quota.

Since the launch of FastTrack, Huobi Global users’ participation has been relatively enthusiastic. However, since the tokens selected by FastTrack are currently circulated in the secondary market and have fair prices in the market, the prices of some tokens will have great fluctuations with market conditions.
