"Cumulative Net Deposit" Calculation Rules:

1. The system will compute the cumulative net deposit from 0:00 Nov 26 2020 (UTC+8) to the Current date 0:00 (UTC+8) daily.

• Computation Rule: Cumulative Net Deposit = Deposit Amount + OTC Buy Amount - Withdrawal Amount - OTC Sell Amount (all converted into BTC)

2. In Scope Assets: Only the deposits of the following 19 assets will be counted for this activity: BTC, USDT, ETH, LTC, BCH, EOS, BSV, TRX, ETC, XRP, ZEC, LINK, ATOM, DASH, DOT, NEO, UNI, ADA, FIL (non-BTC assets will be converted into BTC based on the closing price of the day).

"VIP Rate" Effective Rules:

1. Effective time:  Users who meet the“Cumulative Net Deposit" threshold will enjoy the VIP promotion rate within three working days. Qualifying users will receive a SMS/email notification before it takes effect.

2. Users can simultaneously enjoy upgrades of VIP activity rates and their existing preferential step rates at the same time:

2.1 During the one-month activity period, the " Cumulative Net Deposit " amount will be computed daily. The VIP activity rate will be upgraded automatically when the deposit requirements are met.

• For example: Ann deposits 50 BTC on November 27 and enjoys Pro.1 VIP activity rate. Her VIP activity rate will be upgraded to Pro.2 after he deposits another 50 BTC.

2.2 During the promotion period, qualifying users under this VIP program can continue to enjoy normal preferential rates should they meet these requirements:

• For example: Ann's VIP activity rate is Pro.2, but her trading volume and HT holdings meet the requirements of Pro.3. Her rate level will be automatically upgraded to Pro.3.

3. The day before the end of the activity, the system will perform a new VIP rate matching based on the user's latest " Cumulative Net Deposit" amounts. Users who fail to meet the requisite threshold requirements for the program will be downgraded or eliminated from the promotion:

• For example: Ann's current VIP rate is Pro.2, and her " Cumulative Net Deposit " amount on the day before the end of the activity drops to 5BTC. Her VIP promotion rate will not apply anymore.
