During the activity:
1. The participant with the highest cumulative trading score will win a Maserati Ghibli 350Hp or the equivalent amount in Huobi Tokens (HT).
2. The participant with the highest cumulative trading volume will win 2,500 HT tokens.
3. The daily Top 30 participants with profits rate of real-time open positions sharing will win special awards.

【Activity One – Earn The Highest Cumulative Trading Score, And Win A Maserati Ghibli!】

Start Time: 16:00, 24th Dec to 16:00, 28th Dec(GMT+8).

Rules:
1. Registration:
During the promotion, once trading on HBDM, the registration is deemed to be successful and no confirmation is required.

2. Award Eligibility
    2.1 By the end of the activity, users who have successfully registered and whose total equity (account assets) in Huobi DM Account is greater than or equal to 1 BTC can be eligible for the prizes. The “Grand Master Award” is decided by the cumulative trading score during the whole period, while the “Highest Trading Volume Award” by the cumulative trading volume.

    2.2 Cumulative Trading Score Calculation:
Daily Trading Score = (the daily highest effective trading price - the daily lowest effective trading price) * currency coefficient * order coefficient

Special Instructions:
        2.2.1 The user should have a daily cumulative trading volume greater than or equal to 1000 USD, and then the price can be recorded as the effective trading price.
        2.2.2 If the daily highest effective selling price is lower than the daily lowest effective buying price, or there is no daily highest effective selling price or no daily lowest effective buying price, the daily trading score of the user will be zero.
        2.2.3 The user’s cumulative trading score among the whole period equals to the sum of all daily trading scores.
        2.2.4 Cryptocurrency Coefficient: BTC=1, ETH=30.
        2.2.5 Order Coefficient
The daily order number created by the user in one cryptocurrency is less than or equal to 500, the order coefficient is 1; while the daily order number created by the user in one cryptocurrency is greater than 500, the order coefficient is 0.5.
     2.3 Daily Recording Period：From 16:00(GMT+8) of the previous day to 16:00(GMT+8) of the current day.
     2.4 The user can participate in any one or both of BTC and ETH trading with separated recording cumulative trading score. The final cumulative trading score will be the highest one between the two cryptocurrencies.
    2.5 If there were two “top 1” with the same cumulative trading score at the end of the activity, the participant with the largest trading volume would win; while if the trading volume were the same, the participant with the largest equity would win.
    2.6 The trading price generated by netting order, suspected matched order, or order between related accounts will not calculate into cumulative trading score.
    2.7 The trading price generated by forced liquidation order or delivery order will not calculate into cumulative trading score.

Note:
1. Huobi will automatically calculate the cumulative trading score of all participants at 16:00, 28th Dec (GMT+8), then send results to all participants before 20:00 the next day by SMS or Email, and announce on the Huobi Global website.
2. Huobi will inform all the participants by SMS or Email before 20:00(GMT+8) every day about the daily cumulative trading score which ends at 16:00(GMT+8) of the day.
3. The participant who wins the “Grand Master Award” of Maserati Ghibli 350Hp can choose equivalent amount of HT tokens.
4. Users are only eligible for the award if Huobi DM Real Time Authentication and Risk Verification has been completed before the end of the activity.
5. All the awards will be sent within 1 month after the activity.

【Activity Two - Share Daily Open Positions Profit Rate, And Win HT】

Start Time: 16:00, 24th Dec to 16:00, 28th Dec(GMT+8).

Rules:
1. Registration

Step 1: Login to your Huobi DM account, screenshot your real-time profit rate of holding positions, and share this on your Facebook/Twitter. Post the screenshot on your own Twitter or Facebook with this caption, set it to “public” with this write up and hashtag #HuobiDM.

For Example:
I profited ______% on #HuobiDM today. The top Huobi DM trader by 28 Dec will win a #Maserati! There are many more prizes to be won, including #HuobiToken! For more details visit: www.hbdm.com.

Step 2: Submit the real-time profit rate screenshot, your Twitter/Facebook sharing link and UID before 16:00(GMT+8) the next day, on this Google documents form（https://goo.gl/forms/IyN2nqOrSrlKM9XI3）

2.  Huobi DM will rank the screenshot open positions profit rates daily at or before 24:00(GMT+8) the next day, and awards will be sent to Huobi accounts within 7 working days.
3. Huobi will re-check the screenshot of real-time open positions profit rate shared by the user on Twitter or Facebook. Any user found cheating will be banned from all above activities.
4. Users are only eligible for the award if Huobi DM Real Time Authentication and Risk Verification has been completed before the end of the activity.
5. The same user can only win the open positions profit rate ranking award once.
6. The daily special awards list (Open short at the highest price/Open long at the lowest price) will be released before 24:00GMT+8), and the awards will be sent to Huobi accounts within 7 working days.
