What is Complaint:
"Complaint" refers to the official CS support provided by our platform, with which users can resolve any problems arising during a transaction such as disputes between the sellers and buyers.
How Can I Complaint:
If you have any problems during a transaction, you can see the chat window at the bottom of order page and the “Contact Seller” or "Contact Buyer" button is on the top right corner of the chat window.
Click the button to communicate and negotiate with the buyer/seller. If you fail to reach an agreement, you can click the "Complaint" button on the order page, fill in the information according to the instructions and take up an complaint case.
If the order can not be appealed, you can send emails to firstname.lastname@example.org. Describe your problem and provide us with your order ID, phone number and your name.
Or you can click the blue "Help" button in the lower right corner and enter "Complaint". Choose "Online chat" and choose "OTC-Trade Appeal". Fill in your order ID, your problems, UID (which can be found in user center) and phone number, and then click "Submit".
How to Cancel：
You can find the "Cancel Complaint" button in the order page of the complaint order. If you have reached an agreement with the other party that you want to cancel the complaint, please click "Cancel complaint".
How does Huobi OTC Judge：
In case there is a complaint order, Huobi OTC will make the judgments based on the following ground of complaint judgment:
1. Transaction Regulations of Huobi OTC. Reference:<Transaction Regulations (CNY Transactions Excluded)>
2. Related facts, including but not limited to: related transaction records and other pieces of evidence from the buyer and the seller such as transaction screenshots and payment screenshots.
